John F. Davis/Mary Catherine Clark Married 1854

Hello:

I am looking for the above people. It is possible Mary Catherine Clark was my gg-grandmother's sister (my gg grandmother was Alice Clark Tutt, born 1836, daughter of John Clark). Here is what I have.

My records show my ancestors John Clark and Mary Crumbaugh had a daughter, Katherine, born ca 1837, probably in Frankfort.

I found the following marriage and think this could be this Katherine.

John F. Davis, born about 1827 in Woodford Co., KY married Mary Catherine Clark (born about 1838 in Frankfort, Franklin County, KY). Marriage took place 6 April 1854 in Franklin County, KY. Record shows her father was John Clark.

It appears this couple moved to Indiana by 1860:

In 1860 I find a family that seems to match them living in Madison, Jefferson Co., IN

John F. Davis, 34, b. KY, a cooper
Mary C. Davis, 22, b. KY
Lewella Davis, 4, b. IN
Molly M. Davis, 2, b. IN

I don't find the family in later records.

Does anyone have further information on this family? Any information would be apprectaied.

Thanks

Paul
