On 20 November 1781 Joseph Rutherford also entered a tract of 100 acres of land on Cooks Branch in Lincoln County but in less than ten years he had moved to Franklin County, Kentucky. In a conveyance dated 27 October 1799 he sold land located on Dicks River below Bofman's Station in Lincoln County and designated he was then living in Franklin County, Kentucky
Joseph died shortly there after probably in Franklin Co.
I would like to find out where he is buried and if his
estate was probated in Franklin Co.
Any assistancy anyone could provided would be greatly appreciated.
