Hello, I have recently come across a newspaper article that mentions that the Town Marshal of Frankfort, KY was killed August 19, 1884 by a Henry Taylor.
Does anyone have any idea who this Jesse Offutt was, or any additional information, such as an Obit that would assist me in trying to place this individual.
This article was apparently first published in the Courier-Journal of Louisville, KY.
