Searching for info on children if any of Joel & Lucy Dempsey ( Demsy on Bond ) married Mar 1804 in Franklin County, Ky
Joel appears to be from Va , did he come here with Virgil Poe and did he first marry Caty ( Cathy ) Poe in 1785 in Amherst Co Va . ?

In the 1810 Census there are 4 children that are too old in his household to be children from Lucy as they had anly been married 6 years .
There are several Phillps in Franklin by this time ( 1810 )
