Margaret,
I learned Nathaniel's name from his daughter, Nancy's death certificate. She was born 9 Oct 1821 in Jessamine Co, KY and died in 1913 in Franklin Co. She married Moses Aiken (Akins) and I believe they (the Aikens) lived in Shelbyville. I don't have any other information on Nathaniel other than his wife's name was Tabitha.
