The Cooley's married into my Wills line. The David Cooley you are seeking info on must have been closely tied to my Hubbard line as he signed off on a lot of their paperwork.
I went to Irene Cooley Hester's home a few years ago and copied a lot of her pictures as she descends through the same Cooley line. I copied her info and will look for it.
