Thomas families in Fleming Co., KY in 1820

I am interested in learning of Thomas families living in Fleming County, Kentucky from 1817-1820.

Fleming County, Kentucky:
1810 Federal Census
James Thomas, 1 male under 10, 2 males 16-25, 1 male 45+, 1 female 16-25, 1 female 45+
James Thomas (same page, next entry from immediately above), 1 male 16-25, 1 female under 10, 1 female 16-25

Fleming County, Kentucky:
1820 Federal Census
Andrew Thomas, 1 male under 10, 1 male 45+, 1 female under 10, 1 female 45+

Fleming County, Kentucky:
1830 Federal Census
Joseph Thomas, 1 male 40-50
Levi Thomas, 1 male 20-30, 1 male 30-40

Of particular note, I am interested in learning the parents for Alfred C. Thomas, born 1817, in Fleming County, Kentucky. Could Andrew Thomas, born circa 1775, be the father of Alfred C. Thomas? What happened to the Andrew Thomas family in 1830? Did they move away or move west along the Ohio River? By 1850, Alfred C. Thomas is noted in areas west of St. Louis, including Columbia, Warrenton, and St. Peter's, Missouri.
