Oscar Jesse Palmer

My 2nd great grandmother, Ruth Bosworth Palmer, is listed in the 1900 census of Fleming County with her son Oscar Jesse Palmer and future son-in-law, Thomas Dorsey. Palmer is spelled Parmer on the census. Ruth's daughter, also named Ruth, is listed as a servant of Joshua and Sarah Wallingford on this census. My 2nd great grandmother passed away in 1909. I can't find Oscar Jesse on the 1910 census although Thomas and Ruth are listed on the 1910 census as married. I'm not sure if Oscar Jesse is deceased, if so he may be buried in Fleming Co. Any type of help will be appreaciated. I'll be happy to share information I have on this family.
