Rev War Militia lists

I am looking for the source of a document that was sent to me. It proves service in 1783 in the Kentucky Militia. A copy was sent to me by a fellow researcher who didn't have the source.

Here is what I have, can anyone tell me where to write to get the source for this?
------------------------------------------------
1783...A Pay Roll of Lieut. Francis McDonnal's Company of Melitia Ordered on duty as a guard for the Commissioners Linclon to Lexington Ordered by Co. Levi Todd of Fay. Co. 12 Mar 1783
------------------------------------------------
Then it goes on to list Lieut. McDonnal and his men, one of whom was my ancestor Jacob Sumwalt(Zumwalt). It lists the days served (2) and the pay and is proved by Francis McDonnal before William Henderson and Daniel Boone and there are a few other notations.

Any help would be appreciated.
