Where in Fayette was the 3rd Division?

I've been going through the tax lists pre 1800. The people I'm interested are routinely listed as being in the 3rd Division. Apparently the county was divided into militia divisions with each being headed by a 'Captain' and these were also used as tax districts.

So doe's anyone know what part of Fayette comprised the third division prior to 1800?
