Greendale House of Reform 1920

I recently found a Walter Hampton listed on the 1920 census for Fayette county. He was 14 at the time. The information said he was at the Greendale House of Reform.
Does anyone know how I could obtain more information on Walter Hampton or the House of Reform? I would like to know who his parents were and anything else pretaining to Walter,
