Will/estate records of Richard Vallandingham (ca. 1816)

There's an informative biographical sketch of George Vallandingham, the Revolutionary War Veteran, and his family at:

The sketch says that the 1816 Fayette Co. will and estate settlement of George's father, Richard, provide a list of Richard's children, including Nancy, "who married Henry Wigenton." I'm descended from Nancy (or Ann, as she is sometimes referred to) and Henry Wigginton (the usual spelling).

I've searched microfilmed Fayette County records hoping to find the specific record in which Richard Vallandingham's children are listed. But I haven't been unable to locate them. Does anyone know in just what county record book they are found, or have some other access to records identifying Nancy Wigginton as Richard's daughter? (The email address given for Dick Vallandingham, who posted the sketch, doesn't seem to work.)
