My husband's great great grandparents were Daniel and Elizabeth Case.
Their daughter Eliza married his great great grandfather William Robert
Lester. We know Daniel and Elizabeth were born in 1826 in Henderson
North Carolina, and were married in 1852. I'm assuming they were
married in North Carolina. Eliza was born in 1858 in North Carolina. The
last place I have found them was in an 1880 census and they were in
Estill County KY. I found a son John and a daughter's death certificate. It
said they were buried in Cobhill. I don't know if this is a cemetery
or a town. I can't find when and where Daniel and Elizabeth died.
Also there is confusing information abot Daniel's father's name. On one
site it had Daniel as his father but the date didn't correlate. If you
have any information about them I would appreciate all the help I could
get. My husband's name is William Lester Shelley, his mother was
Edith LESTER who married France Shelley. Edith's grandmother was
Eliza Case Lester. She is buried in Newcomb Cemetery in Newcomb
