Hi Marsha,

When I made my last posting I didn't know that you were my niece. Since we don't normally communicate I wanted to give more info on my father's name (Marsh). If you go to the Estill site look in the Carmen section of the L&N railroad records. My father is listed as Marsh with a seniority date of 12-21-1925. Later he worked at Louisville as a machinist. I also worked there as a machinist apprentice before going into the Navy in February 1946. On the Estill 1930 census I and my parents are listed. By mistake my father was listed as Morris. My father is entombed in a mausoleum at Louisvlle's Evergreen Cemetery. His given name is Marsh. Hopefully this will convince you that my father's name is Marsh.
