Question Re: Estill County Laws in 1830's

I am needing to know what sort of laws were on the books regarding fornication and adultry in Estill County between 1820 and 1850 . I would like if possible the site of the law .. for example ... The following law is found in KY State Code 123 section a19 . I need to know what the punishment would be if someone were convicted of these charges and also if the person fled before being sentenced and then either returned or were found and brought back - what the punishment would be on that . Thanks! Scott Bush
