Please let me know if any of the following shows up in your Brown Family Tree:

Susan Ballard Brown, b. ca. 1882, Ky., d. 1916, Henderson, Ky. Susan was married to George Moore, mechanic. They had a son, George Jr. Later, Susan married Lorenzo Jewell and had 3 children. She also had a daughter, I think: Stella. I'm not sure which husband was her father. Stella met a very untimely death as a teenager, I think.
Henderson Co. Death Index lists Susan's parents as George Brown & Nephenin Galloway. Netta, of Henderson Co. Genealogy suggested once Nephenin's name may have been Euphemia (Willingham). Marriage data listed the parents' residence as Daviess Co. I have been been unable to find anything substantial re: these Browns. All but one of Susan's children are deceased now. Her daughter, Marianne, was only 4 when her mother died, and did not grow up knowing much of her mother's side of the family. She is also a very old woman. I wish I had questioned her more when she was younger.
Susan did have a brother who may have been called "Uncle Doc". He drew a military pension; Family lore suggests he was in the Spanish-American War as a bugle-boy.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
