Who was road named after

In eastern Daviess County there is a road known as the JACK HINTON ROAD. It intersects with KY HWY 54 just east of Philpot at the flashing light and ends at KY 764. Does anyone know who this road was named after or how it got the name of Jack Hinton Road. My parents have lived on this road for 50 years and we have never found the source of the name and would really like to know. Thanks for any info.
