My sister-in-law is visiting me today and I put her surname in and your query came up.
My sister in law is Donna Kay FREY. Her daddy is James Delbert FREY. Her grandparents are George and Gillie Mae FREY.
Donna Kay FREY is married to Gary Stewart PAYNE. Donna and I, Gigi Payne Knight, live in Dallas Texas. I have started a family tree on the Paynes and Freys.
Donna said to tell you that her grandmother , Gillie Mae told her that George was born in Germany. The town is unknown at this time. She does not know any other information about her grandparents.
Did you get a copy of George and Gillie Mae Frey's marriage license from Daviess Co. Ky???? She does not have a copy of the marriage.
