Sorry I can not nail this down for you but this info may help give you a direction to look. My family tree has a Lucinda Crabtree ( dau of John Crabtree & Statira Howard) who married a Moses Crabtree on 12/5/1882 (book R2, page 207, Daviess Co) but I have not proven that these are the right ones. I can not find a death date for this Moses Crabtree. I believe his parents were Joseph Crabtree & Louisa Shadwick but again I have not nailed it down.
