We've been contacted by the German daughter of Kenneth Eugene Hagan, b. 25-Mar-1928 in Owensboro, KY, d. 20-Jan-1997 in San Mateo, CA. His parents were Thomas W. Hagan and Mabel M. Ashley Hagan. She lost touch with him when her parents divorced and Kenneth moved back to the US. She is now trying to find out more about her Hagan line.
Her father's oldest brother was Carl W. Hagan, born 1916, sharing my father's name (that's how she found us). However, we are not the same line. His other siblings are: Catherine L. Hagan, born 1919, Mary R. Hagan, born 1922, Tracy S. Hagan, born 1924, James R. Hagan, born 1926, Betty F. Hagan and Robert Ray Hagan, both born 1937. There may also be a Bernard W. Hagan, maybe born 1940. All are from Kentucky according to her mother's recollection.
Please let me know if anyone has a match to this family of Hagans. The person who contacted us just became a grandmother and wants to document her family line for the new grandson before the "oral history" is gone.
