USCG WWII Looking for half brother born anywhere between Jan.1943 & Aug. 1944

I'm searching for my half brother. I do not have his name or his mother's name or age, guessing, she was about 18-20 then. His birth would have been any where from Jan. 1943, through Aug. 1944 in or around Owensboro, KY. He was FATHERED by MY father Otis J. Brunner, (age then, 21 or 22) from Missouri, while attending United States Coast Guard Training, in Owensboro, KY (April 10, 1942 through Nov. 1,1942.)
My half brother would be about 64 years old now, 2007.
I am not sure if he was raised with this knowledge or not & or the BRUNNER name.(I am guessing NOT, as I just found out about him, upon my father's death Nov. 2007)
My half brother's MOTHER, had ties to a boarding house??? in Owensboro, owned & ran by a older woman, during the WWII years & catered to the USCG trainees.& at one time the older woman actually wanted to ADOPT my father (she was wild about him, but the story goes that her other BOYS ran my father out of town :)
My father at some later date, had contact with his son's mother,& she sent a small picture photo of his little boy & he was a spitting image of his/MY father (Otis John Brunner)
Please if anyone knows anything about this true story please reply.
Besides myself, age 56, I have another full blood brother age 60. & would Like to make contact with him.
I am the family historian & genealogist & thankful, I was told about this half brother, even though VERY late in my life.
Thank You for your time & this space.
Carole (Brunner) Mobley...Missouri
