That census is whre I was "last" week, but it has been pointed out that Nimrod Scott had a C. Henry Scott... born 1842 in the 1850 Cumberland census, but then again my Henry C. Scott was actually born in 1836 in Ky so neither Henry is all that close in age... 1832-1842...
Also it is odd on the Matlock female... it seems one of the sons of Watson Scott married a Martha Matlock and there was a Robert Matlock in Van Zandt County, Texas the same time Watson and henry were there.
Dad gum it....
