The Crittenden County, Kentucky Cemeteries, Revised, vol. 1, p. 80.
The Hard Cemetery is located on the original Hard family homestead. From Frances take S.R. 855 N 1.2 miles. On the left side of the highway a gated lane leads to the cemetery on Darrell Penn's farm. The cemetery is located on top of the hill on the right side of the lane on a small knoll in the tree line.

(married James Matthews June 10, 1841 in Caldwell County.
