Census look up please! Lucinda or Ruby Collins, Mulatto?

William H. Collins b. 1824-25 TN, married twice, 1st wife possible Lucinda from Manchester,Clay Co., KY, 2nd wife for sure Sarah E. ? TN, William's mother was possibly Auley b. VA, or Ruby Collins both listed mulatto both born early 1800's. William's father was supposedly Sac Finley Collins b. early 1800's or late 1700's. Possibly Isaac, Zach, Zachariah and possibly Findlay, Finly, Finlay, and possibly Collings, Callins. William H. Collins lived in Lake Co, District 1, Tiptonville Tn in 1870's, I believe he lived in Manchester, Clay Co, KY in 1850's and 60's with first wife. I think they had the following children: George Wade, John, Wilborne, Alice, then he had the following children with 2nd wife Sarah: Gideon Pillow, William H. Jr., Ella, Matthew, John, Mallie. I have hit a brick wall and am trying to locate Williams parents in a census record for verification. Can anyone help?? Thanks.
