As of 1930, Samuel Francis King and Pearl W Owen (or the family of) lived at Winchester, Clark, KY. He appeared on the census (Sam F. 64Ky/KY/KY, m age 29, Pearl 56, m age 24, Richard 28, Roy 19, Buelah 16. This says Pearl's first married was 32 years ago, but Samuel was 35 years ago. was he married before Pearl?).
This actually refers to what age they were married not how long.
I did say he married age 29, she married age 24, he was 43 and she was 28 when they married. This census should say they were 73 and 58. They married in 1899 for Pearl that could have been 31-32 years ago, Samuel says he married first time in 1885. Was he married before married Pearl Owen?
Thanks for other dates. Are you related? I have had not luck identifying the parents of William S. King, been looking 30 years.
