I'm seeking the connection between my ancestor, Abijah Brooks Wilson (1826-1883) and the Strode and Brooks Families, specifically Abijah BROOKS, b. 1759 MA, who married Nancy STRODE (1770-1855), daughter of Capt. John Strode of Strode's Station. As a widow she remarried Jacob WILSON c1807, who is believed to be from Clark Co. KY. Central Kentucky counties represented are Bourbon, Clark, Montgomery and Bath.

Abijah Brooks is a strong name in central Kentucky: Abijah Brooks, James Abijah Brooks, Samuel Abijah Brooks; Abijah Brooks Wilson, Abijah Brooks Duncan, Abijah Brooks Breckinridge, Abijah Brooks Wyatt, Abijah Brooks Wells, etc.

Any additional information about Abijah Brooks, the Brooks family, or information about Jacob Wilson's heritage or descendants would be appreciated, as well as more information about Nancy Strode's marriage to Abijah Brooks and Jacob Wilson and their descendants. Also, please refer any sources to me.
