I am looking for information on James C. Martin b. c. 1850 - 1860 m. Sarah Bugg and lived near Fredonia or Flatrock, KY. They later moved to McCracken County, Ky. James and Sarah had seven children, Thomas Earl Martin, James Harvey Martin (my paternal grandfather), Mary Martin(m. Louis Durrett (sp?) lived in McCracken Co.), Daisy Martin (m. Robert Lindsey, lived in Calvert City), Mettie Martin (married a York and lived in Walden, AR), Aldie (sp?) Martin (m. Babe Anderson lived in McCracken Co.), Lottie Martin (m. Smith Bugg lived in Detroit, MI). Sarah Bugg had a brother named Tom/Thomas. Thomas Bugg's wife was Allie (sp?) Black from Marion, KY, near Flatrock and Fredonia. Sarah had a sister named Grace Bugg that m. a Lloyd. She had another sister named Nan Bugg that m. Henry Turley, know as "Little Henry".

James Harvey Martin b. 28 Oct. 1881 in Fredonia, KY d. 25 Sep. 1964 in Paducah, KY m. Lucy Page c. 1910. They had four children: Jewel Hope Martin b. 24 May 1911 in McCracken Co., Josephine Page Martin b. 11 Nov. 1915 in McCracken Co., James Harvey Martin, Jr. b. 21 Jan. 1920 Rossington, McCracken Co., Thomas Taylor Martin b. 20 Aug. 1924 McCracken Co.

James C. possibly came from Christian Co.
