It appears that this Martha Fisher Adkinson was born abt 1866 INDIANA per the 1910/1920 Carrollton, Carroll, Kentucky census for John and Martha Adkinson. Further the family is WHITE. HER PARENTS ARE LISTED AS BORN FATHER: OHIO, MOTHER: PENN.
