Not related, just did a lookup for you.

FYI - Carlisle Co. KY did not exist until 1886, when it was formed out of the southern portion of Ballard Co.

Ballard Co. had been formed in 1842 out of the southern portion of McCracken Co. and the northern portion of Hickman Co.

McCracken Co. was formed out of the northern portion of Hickman Co. in 1824

Hickman Co. was formed in 1821 out of portions of Caldwell and Livingston Counties.

A Zachariah Pauley is found on the 1820 and 1830 Census of NICHOLAS Co. KY

Nicholas Co. KY has a community named CARLISLE and Nicholas Co. KY is in the Blue Grass region of KY, far from the county of Carlisle Co. KY which is in the western region of KY bordering the Mississippi River.

1820 Census of Nicholas Co. KY
Zachariah Pauley
Males: 1 under age 10, 1 age 16 to 26
Females: 1 under age 10, 1 age 10 to 16, 1 age 26 to 45

1830 Census of Nicholas Co. KY
Zachariah Pauley
Males: 3 under age 10, 1 age 5 to 10, 1 age 10 to 15, 1 age 30 to 40.
Females: 1 age 5 to 10, 1 age 10 to 16, 1 age 30 to 40

Hope this helps.
