Well, the first thing we tried was the Census records for Campbell County.
1830....Andrew Biggs, Henry Biggs
1840....Andrew Biggs, James H Biggs
So, we tried Census records for the state of KY
1800....Andrew Biggs...Fayette Co.
Andrew Biggs...Montgomery Co.
Henry Biggs....Cumberland Co.
Richard Biggs..Warren Co.
Stephen Biggs.. Green Co.
And no Jarvis Taylor on any of them.
Armed with that we checked an Atlas for the County in 1833 and found the family farm in a small community called Flagg Spring right next door to Flagg Spring Baptist Church. They were members there and were listed this way;

The church was constituted Dec. 7, 1833.
They have an attached Cemetery and 4 Biggs are buried there:

Mary Y (Keene) died 11-17-1848 W/O Andrew

The Ohio River was very shallow in spots in those days and a few people crossed into Clermont County, Ohio and got married there. We found some Biggs there;
