Hi Scott,
We inherited a nice display of a lot of old instruments pictures and records when Speers Hospital closed. Unfortunately some of the doctors that worked there took some of the patient entrance records, 1959 being one of them. So we can't help you with that, but can recommend that you check out the microfilm of the 3 newspapers "birth notices" that were in town during that period, they being the Enquirer, Times Star and the Post.
