Hi Leslie,
We checked our records and surprisingly found very little on your Speers Family.
To start we checked the 1910 Census records and found no Speers/Spears families in Campbell County, so they must have all moved away.
What we did find: Charles C Speers,d March 20, 1885 and was a native of Pennsylvania and had lived in Texas and Cincinnati, OH
Elizabeth L Speers, d August 13, 1894 and was a native of London, England.
Charles reportedly made his fortunein the cotton business during the Civil War.
Charles's Will mentions the following:
Soloman Speers and Ann Speers with 6 children(no names)
Charles S Hartridge of St Louis, MO
6 children (no names) of Sarah Jane McCune(deceased)
Mrs Kate Mirely of Baresville, IN
Charles Speers of Springfield, MO (under 21 yrs old)
Emma Speers of Springfield, MO
Mattie G Reeves of Cincunnati, Oh
3 children of Dr C. F. Schoolfield (Clarence, Pearl and Ray)
House and contents to William G Pickering, the house was located SWC of Berry Ave and Jefferson St, Dayton,KY
4 children of William J Coppock of Cincinnati, OH( Marie Louise Makibben/McKibben, Edwin Leon Makibben/McKibben, Bina Elizabeth Speers Makibben/McKibben (under 21 yrs old)

The Executors of the estate were: Dr C. B. Makibben/McKibben of Dayton KY, Wm. G. Pickering and Wm. J. Coppock of Cincinnati, OH

I hope this helps in some way to help find the rest of your family. Good luck with your further research,
Martha & Jerry
