Marriage Lookup for Jewish Grandfather & Catholic Grandmother

Can someone tell me how I go about looking up a marriage record in Cambell County?

I'm limited to information but this is what I know.

Groom
Isaac Marks (could be spelled Markowsky or Markofsky).
Born Odessa Russia abt 1891, immigrated to USA abt 1892.
Lived in Cincinnati and shows up on the 1900,1910 and 1920 census as well as city directories and military records.

Bride
Mary (Mae) Catherine Hart.
Born in Ohio abt 1888. Lived in both Cincinnati and Newport, Kentucky thru 1920.

1930 Census indicates they were married in 1921 though it could have been 1920 or 1922. It's unlikely to have been a church wedding as my grandfather was Jewish while my grandmother was Irish Catholic.

Thanks in advance for any help I can get.
