Hi Nancy, I checked our microfilms of the 1900 census and found 13 listings for "Reed", checked them all but no Albion. See the following for what names I did find. Maybe they will tie in with your family sometime. In the Clifton Area of Newport, I found Albert and Alma Reed living with her father John Siedenberg. She born Dec 1879, he Jan 1877. In Ward 1, Precint A, I found William and Margaret Reed, he born Mar 1840, she Oct 1852. In Ward 1, Prec C, I found Matilda D Reed living with her son-in-law Edward M Nixon and daughter Isabelle A, born Dec 1862, Matilda born Nov 1840. In Ward 2, Prec A, I found William Reed, b Oct 1834 and wife(illegible), b May 1835. In Ward 3, Prec A, I found Henry Reed, b 1834. son, Charles, b Nov 1850, dau, Emma(?), b Nov 1873. In Ward 3, Prec A, I found Samuel H Reed, b Dec 1846, wife, Delia b Sep 1847, dau, Annie, b Mar 1875, son, Edward, b Jun 1881. In Ward 3, Prec A, I found Maria Reed, b Jan 1845, dau, Mary, b Dec 1873, dau, Katie, b Dec 1875, son John H, b Sep 1877. In Ward 4, Prec A, I found Nellie Reed, b Oct 1855, a widow living with her mother, Kate Marselas. In Ward 4, Prec A, I found Mary Reed, b Feb 1849, a servant living with the Root family. In Ward 5, Prec A, I found Sophia Reed, b Nov 1840, a boarder living with the Goempler family. In Ward 6, Prec B&C, I found John Reed, b May 1873, wife Lulu, b Aug 1876, son, Clarence, b Apr 1896, son, Edward, b Mar 1900, Albert Caldwell, bro-in-law, b Mar 1878. In Outlying area 1&2, Mag Dist 3, I found Phillip Reed, b Jan 1874, wife, Sara, b Dec 1866, son, James, b May 1894. In Outlying area 1&2, Mag Dist 3, I found Jerry M Reed, b Jan 1865, wife, Ella, b Feb 1871, F-in-law, James Dovert, b Nov 1836, M-in-law, Alice Dovert, b Jun 1853.
