My name is Matt Taylor and I am a member of Mayo Lodge 198 of Free and Accepted Masons which is now located in Silver Grove, KY. The members of our lodge are trying to compile an accurate history of our lodge. I am new at reasearching the sort of stuff and could use any help or tips you might have.
All I know is the we were estabilished on Aug, 28, 1850 in California Kentucky. Later the lodge was moved to Mentor, thento its current location in Silver Grove. We are trying to find any information possible surrounding our lodge's past locations, members, or community involement.
Any help you could give would be greatly apprreciated. We are trying to reconnect with our past and pass the information on to the future.
