to no avail. No Leppard
We checked KY Birth records 1911-1960 and found 1.....Veronica born in Kenton County to Mary Henzie 13 May 1945.....Cert #055-27085.
We checked our family files and found an obit for 14 Jul 2004. As follows:
Edward "Doug" Leppard, 58, of Newport, died Monday at Veterans Administration Hosp, Cincinnati, OH. He was a security guard for Pinkertons and an Army Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Mitchell Leppard; a son, Dougie Leppard of Sand Gap; daughters, Angela Sue Spurlock of McKee and Sarah Margaret Clemmons of Sand Gap; a brother, James A Leppard of Louisville; sisters, Willa Jean ZWentworth of Bellevue and Vera Leppard of Louisville and 5 grandchildren.
Services were held at Fares J Radel Funeral Home in Newport. Burial was at St Stephen Roman Catholic Cem. in Ft. Thomas.
