Hi Justin,

You were close, but then again you weren't.

I haven't been there myself, but I am a volunteer at the Campbell County Historical & Genealogical Society at the Alexandria, KY Courthouse (2nd floor). Everyone tells me the right of way to the entrance is where the F & N Resturant(just changed hands-new owners, probably won't know what you are talking about) is located on Route 8, just past(1/4 mile) the flood wall on the right. I've also heard you can get there off the east end of 6th or 7th. It is VERY OVERGROWN. It has beeen seriously vandalized. From all the descriptions I've heard your best bet would be; park at the F & N Resturant (I would go in and tell them what you are going to try). Go up the hill out the back and you have to carefully cross the railroad tracks. We don't know if there is still a fence around the cemetery but supposedly it abutts the rr property. Some (and I've heard most) of the burials have been moved to St Stephen Cemetery in Ft Thomas. We do have the complete records of the burials at the Society and some of the re-enterrments. The Society's hours are Tuesday 12-8pm, Thursday 12-4pm and Saturday 10am-3pm and are located 8352 E. Main St in Alexandria.....(859)635-6407. I work there on Tuesdays.

Good luck,

Jerry Moore
