I am trying to locate any records concerning Kader Miller, born abt. 1808, in Kentucky, who was married in Kentucky approx. 1829/30. I am trying Calloway County specifically because he lived in Paris, Henry County, Ky, at the birth of his oldest son John H. Miller, in 1831. I hope he wooed and wed just north of the line. There seems to have been 4 Miller families, if not lines, in Calloway and Graves Counties, based on the Jackson Purchase land maps found through the Calloway website on genweb. These seem to be George Miller, Isaac Miller, Jones F. Miller, in Calloway County, and John Miller in Graves County. I don't have dates for the purchases noted on the township maps, so am unable to eliminate those families who moved to the Calloway County area after 1830 or so.
