Again, thanks so much...for the information that you provided. As a result, I have been able to find the following information:

James C. Morgan (22 January 1871-25 May 1945) was buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Caldwell County, Kentucky. His death certificate listed Lina Ramage Morgan as his widow.

Lina Ramage Dunn (14 March 1899-March 1983) last residence was Downers Grove, DuPage County, Illinois. She was buried in the Bethleham Cemetery in Caldwell County, Kentucky. It was interesting that someone has just (December 8, 2008)listed her grave on the findagrave.com website. Her tombstone has the name Lina Ramage Dunn.
