I am looking for more info on the family of Littleberry Cotton. I have an ancestral line I am proving, but would also like info about his descendants. I descend from his son Jesse. Littleberry's daughters married into the Faughn, Garnett, and Ramey families.

Cotton Census Info:
in 1810 Caldwell Census the only Cotton listed was "Berry" (Littleberry) Cotton.

In 1820 There was a Mister (name unknown) Cotton that had 3 males under age 10, Himself age 16-26, and his wife age 16-26. Littleberry Cotton's family was still present.

In 1830- A freedmen by the name of Enoch Cotton was in Caldwell County. Littleberry, and his sons John and Winfrey were also listed.

In 1840- Enoch was still in Caldwell County. Littleberry, John, and Winfrey also had families listed.

Littleberry Cotton's Will was dated 2/6/1847. It lists sons as John, Jesse, Drury, Winfrey, and Johnathan. Daughters are Elizabeth Cotton (insane), Emma Garnett, Anna Ramey, Sally Faughn, and Polly Garnett.

Littleberry was born 3/10/1764 in Albemarle, Surry, Virginia, the son of Drury and Phoebe Cotton. He died in 1847 shortly after his will was written.
