All I have on Vincent is what David gave me. Do you have Henry's second wife Samantha Parsons and their sons Louie & Wayne Fronk? I cannot figure out who fathered Henry Fronk Jr. None of the Henrys I've found fit. I also have Perkins in my line and have just begun to search for information on a Levi Perkins. So far, there is no sign of a Melvina near him. Levi Perkins shows up on both the 1850 & 1860 Bracken County census without a wife. Odd, inasmuch as his family grew by three children without a woman in the household.
