Cemetery records for Powersville Cemetery?

Where can I find the records for the Powersville IOOF Cemetery that include plot numbers & who is buried there or who a certain plot belongs to? There is some confusion in our family as to where my uncle(who died at birth) is buried; some say he is in this cemetery with other family members and some say he is buried elsewhere. We are also trying to figure out who some of the empty plots in amongst our other family members belong to? I know when my husband and I go to The Goddard Cemetery where his grandfather is buried during memorial day, there is always people sitting at a table with a list and they can tell you where someone is buried if you need help. I'm asssuming there has to be a record like this for Powersville as well and so far I haven't been able to find out. Maybe I'm just not asking or looking in the right place. Any help locating a record like that for this cemetery would be most appreciated. Thanks!
