James West 1803-1890, Boone County, KY

Seeking information for James West born November 30, 1803 in KY, died January 28, 1890 in Boone County, KY, buried in Beaver Lick Christian Church Cemetery, Beaver Lick, Boone County, KY.

He's first found on the 1840 census in Boone County, KY with 3 males age 10 and under. He's possibly widowed. On the 1850 Boone County census he's shown with wife Mahala, (maiden name unknown,) and more children. James West remained in Boone County until his death in 1890.

Hoping someone has these answers: Who are his parents? What is Mahala's maiden name and their date and place of marriage? Is this the same James West found in Estill County, KY in 1830, married to Nancy Clements, and would likely be the son of Samuel and Lydia (White) West?
