According to the 'Will of Richard Davis' printed in the book 'Descendants of Dillion Asher & Sally Davis', the name of Richard Davis's only son is Preston Davis which agrees with yours. Why do you refer to him as Preston Powers?
My ggg-grandmother was Sarah [Sally] Davis b.1787 Russel Co, Va who is Preston's sister.
Sarah aka Sally died in Clay Co,Ky and is buried in the the Slusher/Asher cemetery at Little Creek.
Nancy is buried at the Nancy & Dillion Asher's log cabin located at Red Bird School in Queensdale, Clay Co, KY which is maintained by the Kentucky Historical Society.
We hold the Asher family reunion on the 1st Friday & Saturday in October at 'Red Bird School' & at 'Pine Mountain State Park'. Hope to see you there.
