Well I now think his name might be Oscar Phillips - the picture says...Olie's nephew"
I have two (possible more) baby pictures of him.
Olie was friends with my grandmother (maybe a cousin)and gave her these pictures, they are very old - 1940's or early 50's. I would just love to find the person and give him these pictures.
I would be happy to email them for verification purposes.
