I hope someone will know if I am correct about this surname. I have a copy of the marriage record for my great grandparents, who were married in Bell County. I am not sure if I have the name correct. It looks to me as if the surname is Barnwell or Banwell. The letters all run together. I am hoping there is someone who will know what it is by having seen other records or church records, etc. It doesn't say what church, just M.G., which is minister of the gospel.
