Pruden Cemetery

I would like to know if someone can answer this question for me. I need to know if the Pruden Cemetery is still open, and if so, who would I contact for records? If it isn't open, does anyone know who would have the records? To be a little more to the point, I am trying to find out if the names without dates, in the list of graves from online, are of people actually buried there or not. I kind of thought that since they have no dates, that maybe people just put a rock with their name on it to mark the spot where they wanted to be buried when they died. I would appreciate any advice about this.
