Melvin and Ruby Powell in Wickliffe

Does anyone have any info on Melvin Powell and his wife (2nd wife) Ruby? I do not know what Ruby's maiden name was. Melvin and Ruby had a home in Wickliffe KY. After Ruby passed away in June 1971, Ruby's relatives continued to reside there. I know that Melvin worked for the railroad and I believe Ruby may have worked for the railroad, too, before they married (don't know year of marriage but it was after 1942) Thanks!
