Sorry I do not know anything about his siblings, or his parents. I cannot find any record so far of him in Virginia. He CLEARLY states on his Rev. War Deposition that his birthplace is Orange, County Virginia. He is suppose to be related to a Benard Franklin, who married a daughter of Col. Cleveland. It is interesting to note that in his deposition, he memtions serving under Col. Cleveland and a Lt. Cleveland. What information do you have on Franklins in Virginia.????
