Penney & Hackley, Anderson Co, KY

I'm looking for a male Penney who died in Anderson County, Kentucky before 1837. He was the father of Frances A (1818?-1863?) Penney and George Jordan Penney (1821?-Bef 1880)? Both children married Hackley siblings, children of John Hackley (1782-1841) and Jane Willis Hawkins (1793?-Bef 1880). The widowed mother, Mary -- (1793?), was counted as head of household in 1840 and in 1850 was living with a Mary Odell (1793?) from NC. There were probably other children. Elisha Beazley was guardian for the minor children in the 1830s, which suggests that Mary might have been a Beazley.
Frances married Darius Hackley (1813-1883) 19 Nov 1837 with John E Penney as bondsman. Children were: Adelia (1838), Oscar (1841?), Ormsby S (Feb 1844), Julia Ann (1846?), Mary Jane (1849) who married J William (or William J) Penney 24 Dec 1867, Martha (1852?), John William (1855?). Darius remarried about 1864 to a Susan M -- (1837?), who is said by some also to have been a Penney.
George married Eliza Jane Hackley 30 Jan 1839. He was a carpenter, who lived in Hickman County in 1850. His wife, Eliza, headed the household in 1870 in Anderson County and was listed there as a widow in 1880. Children were: William W (1843?), George (1850), Virginia "Jenny" (1853?), Bell O.(1855?), Benjamin (1857?), and Verena D (1861?).
William J (whose parents are not known) and Mary Jane (who were probably cousins) had children: Onius (1869?), William W (1874?), Frankie (1877?), Robert E (1879?), and perhaps others after 1880.
There were at least three Hackley-Penney marriages. Can anyone help straighten out the Penney lines?
